This little drone, no bigger than a bug, is not cheap. Be ready to pay, but in this what you pay for is what you get. With the drone you can get 4k HDR video, digital stabilization, 25-minutes of flight time, a camera with 180° view, and smart AI that lets you follow a person, without you touching any of the controls. Also, with this pricey drone, you also get improved privacy and security features thatare lacking in many of the cheaper consumer drones.

What Could Go Wrong?
It's nice to see the Parrot drone takes the necessary steps to protect user privacy. A lot of consumer drones had poor privacy and security. This drone costs $700, so you need to save up in order to purchase. But, you are paying a price to get that privacy and security boost. However, it would be nice to see more affordable consumer drones with similar privacy and security as well.
How Does It Share Your Data?
Parrot will only share your personal data with your consent to third parties for commercial and marketing purposes.
- While expensive, the extensive security and privacy measures protect your information and data the drone captures.
- Company performs regular security audits, and security patches are made rapidly available when there are vulnerabilities.
- Not many cons, an item with security and privacy issues.
Parrot seems to do a decent job protecting its users' personal data. However, the drone has a camera, and it always possible that it could be hacked to and used to spy on you during use. This device is reasonably safe, but be aware of this risk.
